Flu Shots, Blood Pressure and Glucose Level Checks

Maag Pharmacy will be in McCammon at the Depot Tuesday, September 22 from 10 am-12 noon.

They will be giving flu shots, and checking blood pressure and glucose levels.

With the cancelation of the Health Fair this year we are so glad Maag will be able to come out—and that we will be able to do our door prizes. —Sherri Bordeaux

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is one of the most popular modern forms of yoga. In this type of yoga, you do a series of poses (or asanas) in a smooth, uninterrupted sequence. It’s also called vinyasa flow or flow yoga for the smooth way you transition in between the poses.

In vinyasa yoga, the focus is on linking one’s breath with the movement while transitioning between the poses. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

From calming the mind to giving your body an invigorating workout, there are many benefits to vinyasa flow yoga!

???? Free! Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class with Kristi Hall-Baldwin.
(Most*) Saturdays, 9 am at the McCammon Depot.

All levels are welcome. —Please join us!

*(Please always confirm schedule w/Kristi in advance of attending.)
